    Kathy began her search practice in 1989 after a 10-year career in corporate human resources with an international energy related company. In 1991, she purchased Warwick Search Group, where she has developed a strong reputation for her business knowledge, personal credibility and strategic perspective. She enjoys long and productive relationships with her clients who count on her to bring discipline, creativity and innovation to every assignment.
    Kathy performs technical searches in the energy, chemical and consulting services industries, as well as administration searches, which include in-house legal, human resources, financial and technology management placements.
    She works with high-quality clients who share her commitment to identifying the right match for every corporate culture. She is committed to successfully placing top tier people with companies that value and support their employees as their most important resource.
    Through her volunteerism and board affiliations, Kathy enriches the lives of children and adolescents by working to create safe, nurturing environments in which they can thrive and reach their full potential.
